About

Who We Are

StatLogic is a managed data engineering firm for small and mid-sized businesses — we deliver the data infrastructure enterprise companies take for granted, without the headcount or complexity.

We connect your data sources, build and maintain your production data warehouse, and wire it directly to AI. Your team asks questions in plain English. The answers are always there.

How we got here

StatLogic started in 2019 as a data consultancy and grew engagement by engagement — first financial reporting, then full data platforms, then the AI layer on top of them. When it became possible to ask a warehouse questions in plain English, we rebuilt the company around that shift.

What we've built

  • Complete data platforms from zero — warehouse, pipelines, version-controlled dbt models, and the daily reporting an entire company runs on.
  • Multi-entity financial consolidation — a separate set of books for every location, merged into one warehouse with payroll and scheduling data wired in, so leadership sees one business instead of sixteen.
  • E-commerce analytics that replace the spreadsheet ritual — orders, margins, and inventory in a production warehouse with live dashboards, instead of Monday-morning exports.
  • Private equity reporting — portfolio P&Ls where the numbers have to be right, because someone is writing checks based on them.
  • AI access to all of it — every warehouse we run is wired to AI, so teams ask questions in plain English and get answers from live data.

How we work

  • You own your data — all of it. Your Snowflake account is yours: raw and processed data alike. If we ever part ways, the account and every table in it go with you.
  • Dedicated infrastructure, every client. Your own Snowflake account, your own pipelines. Nothing shared, nothing co-mingled.
  • Engineering discipline, not dashboards-and-dust. Everything we build is version-controlled, tested, and monitored around the clock.
  • A person answers. No ticket queues, no offshore handoffs. The people who built your stack are the people who maintain it.

Leadership

StatLogic was founded by Greg Armstrong, previously a data engineer at Adobe. The premise of the firm is the one he built it on: enterprise-grade data engineering, applied to businesses that could never justify an enterprise data team.
